    Refundable booth deposit to cover for any missing items and or damages. Please use sign-in / sign-out forms to account for the items provided and returned before leaving the premise. The deposit shall be refunded in full within 1 week after the event.

  • - Please note that this is just a request form.  Booth is not guaranteed until it is officially allocated under your / business name and confirmed in writing.  

    - We reserve the ultimate right to make the final decision, qualify suitable products, services, food items for our event. 

    - We will process up to 100% refund for any cancellations until 30 days prior to the event.  50% refunds until June 10th.  No refunds will be processed after June 10th.

    - If the event is cancelled in it's entirety due to weather related situation we would give a 50% credit towards booth booking for next scheduled event.  

    - This is a free public event. We do our best to make it successful. Thousands of people have attended this over past years. However, we take no liability for any losses due to lack of interest in your specific product/service,  low public turnout, weather related distractions and or for any other matters not in our control.  However we are willing to take your feedback, help, support in making this event successful.   

    - You are required to follow local laws, safety precautions, hygiene practices and customer management during the event.
